Polymerised Bitumen Pellets
We insert polymers based on customer design into the bitumen using very high technology machinery to create bitumen pellets that meet asphalt standards for VG grades, PG grades, and PMB bitumen. For instance, we add SBS to bitumen using a high-quality colloid mill, produce pellets, and supply them to customers. This process eliminates the need for extra machinery, as customers can easily mix the pellets with their bitumen.
Usage of Bitumen Pellets
Bitumen pellets are used as a bonding agent for the production of interior stone floors in industrial buildings. Additionally, they are utilized in the production of bitumen protection lacquers, in the ripe industry, and for printing inks. Moreover, they are essential in manufacturing roofing membranes/felts and bonding these membranes on work sites. Our bitumen fulfills the properties of elasticity, adhesion, cohesion, and durability required for PMB in roofing membranes and other materials used in insulation, tyre production, rubber industries, paint coatings, adhesives, and plastics.
