General Description of Cationic Bitumen K2
Bitumen K2, a cationic bitumen emulsion (medium setting), contains 57% bitumen. It is black in color and manufactured strictly as per KS 02-769: 1990 standard.

Uses of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion K2
Applications include:

Application Conditions of Cationic Emulsion Bitumen K2
Apply Bitumen Emulsion K2 in dry, frost-free conditions, maintaining temperatures between 5°C and 35°C throughout the drying period.
Before application, roll drums well to mix contents. Apply with a broom, squeegee, or spray for uniform distribution. Use equipment that meets BS3136 standards. Ensure even spraying to prevent ponding, which may cause localized “fatting up.”
Preparation
Surfaces must be dry and free from dust, oil, grease, and debris. In hot weather, dampen the surface to slow water loss from the emulsion. Ensure no standing water before and during application.
