Bitumen Paint on Steel

Bitumen paint on steel is a highly durable, solvent-based coating designed to protect metal surfaces from corrosion, moisture, and harsh environmental conditions. Manufactured in Iran using premium-grade bitumen and refined solvents, this paint forms a thick, water-resistant film that adheres strongly to galvanized and raw steel. It is widely used in industrial, marine, and underground applications.

Why Use Bitumen Paint on Steel?

  • Provides long-term corrosion protection
  • Excellent waterproofing for exposed or buried metal
  • UV resistant – suitable for outdoor steel structures
  • Compatible with industrial steel, pipes, and tanks
  • Cost-effective alternative to epoxy and polyurethane systems

Applications

  • Steel storage tanks (internal and external)
  • Underground pipelines and steel pilings
  • Bridges, docks, and marine structures
  • Industrial structural steel exposed to moisture
  • Protective primer for other coating systems
